During the filming of the famous scene below deck, when Jack and rose are trying to get out of the flooded area to the top, Kate Winslet’s coat got stuck, caught on the gate. The actress found herself under an oncoming wave and began to suffocate. Surprisingly, the film crew was inactive. Later, the film’s Director, James Cameron, admitted that the situation was under control and they just let Kate get a little nervous, so that she better got used to the role.

And although he was bothered by severe pain, the actor at first did not attach much importance to the injury. However, the pain was getting worse, and he still had to see a doctor. During the examination, the actor was diagnosed with a rupture of the Dura mater. As a result, he had to undergo several operations and go through a long rehabilitation period.

And for Nicole Kidman, shooting the movie “Moulin Rouge!” was a test. At the very beginning of the project, the actress broke a rib during one of the dance numbers. As soon as it was strong, the dresser broke it again, trying to tighten her corset. And it all ended with the fact that Nicole suffered a knee injury, as a result of which she had to withdraw from the film by David Fincher “Fear room”.

Jackie Chan has long earned fame as one of the most daring and agile actors in Hollywood. But even his career was not without incident. During the filming of “armor of God”, the actor suffered many injuries and even broke his tailbone, which led to temporary paralysis. But the actor’s tests did not end there: in one of the scenes, the actor had the task to jump over the castle wall, but he did not calculate the jump and fell from a height of several meters. As a result, Jackie damaged his skull and had to have brain surgery.

It’s not just the extreme moments of filming that can pose a threat. In Halle Berry’s case, the racy scene with Pierce Brosnan was dangerous. According to the script, the heroine of the actress was supposed to seduce agent 007. But in the end, Hallie choked on a date, and Pierce had no choice but to use the Heimlich technique and save his partner’s life. Fortunately, he did an excellent job.

In the second half of the film, brad pitt’s character appears in the frame with a cast on his arm. But few people know that this was not part of the original plans of the Director. In the movie “Now You See Me”, the heroine of Isla performs the famous Houdini trick: she swims out of a water tank, being chained to it. Few people know that during the filming of this scene, the unexpected happened: the chain got tangled, and the actress desperately beat on the glass, trying to call for help. But the film crew calmly watched what was happening, thinking that she perfectly got used to the role. As a result, the girl was pulled out only after 2.5 minutes: she miraculously managed to reach the alarm button located at the top of the camera.
