Chao Chi Hao – a student in a martial arts school, showing great promise. After going to a tournament in another city, leaving behind his favorite girl and teacher, he stops at a local kung fu school, where he finds out that the upcoming competition, it turns out, will not be completely honest – representatives of a competing school go to great lengths to eliminate the obvious leaders of the tournament before it begins, for which they hire several first-class fighters, catching competitors in dark streets.
